There can't possibly be a better way to tour the park! The tops come off so easily! Our family of 5 (kids 7, 8, 11) fit comfortably and absolutely loved this experience! These jeeps the tops fold down and you get it for a whole day, 24 hours. Not all jeeps in the area have folding tops. There is no better way to experience the smokies than with the top down. We were able to see things others missed. These jeeps are not bottom shelf, they are very nicely equipped and extremely comfortable. Absolutely a great way to experience the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Pick up and drop off was painless. Super great folks! This is the best way to experience the Smokey Mountains! The Willy's Jeep was brand new (12,000 miles) and the soft top was very easy to roll back. The price was the best that i could find and true 24 hour rental was a great option. Return was easy also. There isn't much of a store front but not really needed. Delivery was right on time.
